Our exercise class programming is influenced by the whole team with expert physiotherapist, exercise physiology and rehab trainers creating what is optimal for each client. This means prior injuries or conditions are considered with all work outs and monitored throughout. The classes are a maximum of 3; so clients can be effectively monitored for form, ensuring safety and injury management. Limiting the number of clients also allows the trainers to progress and regress exercises during the class, ensuring you are always working at optimum level.
